Staying consistent about working out is hard, especially during a pandemic. That's why I texted some friend groups and said, "hey. i'm doing a this 2 week shred from Chloe Ting that's free on youtube. wanna do it with me?" Almost everyone I said yes immediately. Today (April 29th) was day 1 of 14, and it was awesome.This email is very very janky because I set it up very quickly and without really any idea of what was going to happen so... enjoy.
Here's what you need to know:
The workout is a 2 week shred that's completely free and all on youtube. CLICK HERE to see the workouts.
Each day, the workouts range from 25 minutes to 45 minutes. It's the same 2 videos every day, with some days having extra videos.
I highly recommend taking mirror pics of yourself today from the front and the side (shirt lifted). If you're like me, this will not be fun, lol. BUT it's the one thing that fitness people swear by because even if the number on the scale doesn't change, your body might be and it's hard to see unless you have photos!
Also, weigh yourself (in the morning), write it down, and if you're up for it, you could use measuring tape around your arms, stomach, bust, and thighs. Then do it again after the 2 weeks to see what's changed.
