Friends,
I’ll keep this short and sweet because America is currently self-imploding and it’s not okay.
I just released a new episode of my podcast, Stuck, for the first time in 2 years!
This one goes out to everyone who freezes when anyone asks, “how are you doing, really?”
On this episode, my favorite person (Cammie Scott) and I try to answer that very question — the hardest question in the world, “how am I doing?” by going through a very honest and vulnerable exercise together on the show. We talk candidly about where we’re at in life covering basically everything, from love and family to money and health.
Here’s where you come in:
DO IT WITH US! Seriously — carve out an hour to join in and participate. All you need is piece of paper, a pen, and some type of yummy beveragino. If you do, please send me anything you learned/post a pic of your life wheel and tag me. Can’t wait to see!
Cool. Thanks. It was a weird move to post today with everything going on in the world, so I decided to just send it to my newsletter crew and save the social media push for later.
I really, really hope you love it, and that it teaches you something special about yourself. Stay safe. Stay hopeful. As my covid tester said yesterday, “stay positive, test negative.”
Talk soon my loves.
Your friend,
Taryn

Love you big time.
life is beautiful. I wish and pray that God blesses you and cammie with good body and mental heath, and so much wealth that will enable you both to buy your dream house. keep doing the things you love and passionate about and inspire people with your work. kudos!
I loved doing the life balance wheel last year and it was really interesting to do it again now. I’m not sure what happened to my old one, but I agree with Cammie that doing this on a quarterly-or-so basis could be a really cool way to take inventory of your life. I realized as I was making mine this time around that there were things in my life that are actually going better than I had been acknowledging, and I think that having that reminder of the good things in life is so important, especially under current circumstances. Sending love and gratitude your way ❤️
